Q: Who is Donna Rose?

A: We gave our company the name 'Donna Rose' after two family members who passed many years ago separately, we felt the name suited our business venture. 

Q: Where are you based?

A: In the Apokoronas Area of Chania on the Greek Island of Crete.

Q: I have a property outside of your area, are you able to travel?

A: Because of the density of properties in our area, we tend to only serve customers in Apokoronas however, certain tasks can be viable for us to travel further so there is no harm in asking.

Q: Do you provide and wash linen during changeovers?

A: We ask that clients supply the linen for their own properties and arrange the cleaning of linen. We can however, arrange the collection and delivery of their linen to be cleaned at a linen cleaning service for an additional cost.

Q: Are you able to maintain my pool?

A: Unfortunately, we do not provide this service. 

Q: Are you a property management company?

A: No, we provide a cleaning changeover service only, guest & property management are the owners/managers responsibility.

Q: What are your prices?

A: Each customer is different as very rarely, 2 properties are the same. Please contact us for a tailored quote. We may need to visit the property to understand what services we can offer.

Q: How much notice do you need for a changeover?

A: For regular clients we will agree a notice requirement and schedule in their appointments. Last minute appointments are not guaranteed. 

Q: Are you able to remove household waste & property clearance projects?

A: No, we are a General Cleaning Company, household clearance and waste removal is provided by a dedicated business with appropriate waste licenses. Please engage in one of these companies first and arrange us to visit after.

Q: Are you able to clean badly soiled area and bio-hazard spills?

A: No, the cleaning of bodily fluids, human waste and anything that could be harmful to our staff is refused upon booking or visit. Please arrange a specific bio-hazard cleaning company to visit the property first and make the area safe. 

Q: Do you provide additional services / add-on's / home help?

A: No, we are a general cleaning company only. We do not provide additional services beyond that including, painting & decorating, supervision, companion care, random tasks or personal transport.

Q: Can you power wash / jet-wash patio areas?

A: We focus only on the interior cleaning, window cleaning and light balcony cleaning. Patio areas requiring jet-washing we can not complete as this is considered a maintenance task.

Q: Do you provide cleaning products and materials for scheduled cleaning?

A: Yes, we provide all of our own cleaning products, cloths, equipment such as vacuum and mop's. They are of high quality standard and produce excellent results.

Q: Do you use biological cleaning products?

A: We use products we both know and trust. Some of our products are biological friendly but these type of products don't always offer a good result. However, if clients prefer them or a particular product, they are more than welcome to provide it for us.
