STILL TAKING ON DOMESTIC CLIENTS FOR 2026

Providing and using our own products and equipment such as vacuum cleaners, we can offer you a regular scheduled cleaning of your home here in Apokoronas.

We can offer you a weekly - 2 weekly - monthly cleaning program depending on your preferences.

We are a 2-person cleaning team, making our overall visits to your property more efficient and ensures upmost quality and reliability. We aim to go beyond basic standards of cleaning by providing a thorough and satisfied job with each clean, leaving your home fresh, gleaming and leaving you relaxed knowing the hard work has been done for you.

Holiday Rental Cleaning / Changeover Service for SEASON 2027

Do you have a Holiday Rental Property that you rent/manage on booking platforms?

We can provide you with a pre-arranged cleaning and changeover service!

This option is great for Individual Clients as well as Property Management Companies and Superhosts who wish to manage the property & bookings themselves and just need the provision of cleaning services.

We provide and use all of our own cleaning supplies, equipment & products.

When your guests depart, we will thoroughly clean, refresh and reset the areas in your property, ready for your next guests to arrive.

Whilst providing our services, we will also check your facilities and accommodation and report any noticeably new damages/issues found on site, ensuring a professional high standard is always maintained to help keep your ratings high.

If fresh linen is supplied already, we can also prepare beds and sleeping areas.

If your guests are staying for a while, with adequate notice, we can arrange for a Interim Refresh Clean during their stay. Here we offer a light clean and the changing of linen (if supplied).

Additionally, we can also offer the initial provision of basic bathroom toiletries (soap/shower gels) and 'Welcome Gifts' such as wine, bread, juice & fruits for that personal 5* welcoming touch.

Pre/Post Season Deep Cleaning & End-of-Tenancy Cleaning

Detailed Cleaning before/after the tourist season for holiday rentals & in-between long term tenants or between tenants in long-term rented properties.

Deep Cleaning - Whilst we clean thoroughly, we cannot clean everything in a changeover service. Scheduled deep cleans are a must to ensure guest satisfaction and help prevent dust/dirt build-up. These are not as regular as typical changeover cleaning but they do include a full deep clean of the interior of your property & accommodation. Windows are cleaned professionally*. Shutters brushed over with a dry brush to remove dust and cobwebs*. Cupboards are cleaned*. Furniture cleaned and vacuumed*. Tops of cupboards cleaned*. Fridge cleaned*. The same finer detail is carried out in all other areas. We can even open/close your place before & after the season.

*Where accessible, practically possible & safe.

For End-of-Tenancy Cleaning - We can arrange to clean/deep clean your property from collecting keys from your agent or safety box, we will go to your property once your long-term tenants have left and refresh and reset it with a thorough/deep clean ready for your or your new tenants arrival.

For Deep Cleaning / End-of-Tenancy Cleaning - We charge an agreed price.
