Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Where are you based?
A: In the Apokoronas Area of Chania on the Greek Island of Crete.
Q: I have a property outside of your area, are you able to travel?
A: Because of the density of properties in our area, we for now only serve customers local to us.
Q: Do you provide cleaning products and materials for scheduled cleaning?
A: Yes, we provide all of our own cleaning products, cloths, equipment such as vacuum and mop's. They are of high quality standard and produce excellent results.
Q: Do you provide and wash linen during changeovers?
A: We ask that clients supply the linen for their own properties. We can however, arrange the collection and delivery of their linen to be cleaned at a linen cleaning service for an additional cost.
Q: Are you able to maintain my pool?
A: Unfortunately, we are not able to provide this service.
Q: Are you a property management company?
A: Not fully, unlike full property management companies, we don't take a high percentage of your earnings, instead we invoice clients, whether that be the owner, manager or a property management company for the service we have provided. The service we provide is more than basic cleaning but the overall management of properties and guests is not our responsibility at this time.
Q: What are your prices?
A: Each customer is different as very rarely, 2 properties are the same. Please contact us for a tailored quote. We may need to visit the property to understand what services we can offer.
Q: How much notice do you need for a changeover?
A: For regular clients we will agree a notice requirement and schedule in their appointments.
