We can provide you with a housekeeping and changeover service!

This option is great for clients who wish to manage the property & bookings themselves and just need the provision of cleaning services.

When your guests depart at the check-out time, we will thoroughly clean and prepare the property ready for your next guests.

Whilst providing our services, we will also check your facilities and accommodation and report any noticeably new damages found on site, ensuring a high standard is always maintained to help keep your ratings high.

Included in our prices are the initial provision of toilet paper, some toiletries such as shower gel & soap. Additionally, we can also provide a welcome pack of fresh bread, fruit, juice & wine for an additional cost & area information/your rules etc. Just speak to us, to see what we can offer.

Cleaning During Guest Stays

Interim Cleaning provided for your guests

We can provide to your guests who request it in advance or for longer stays by your agreement, light housekeeping to ensure your guests feel looked after during their stay at your property.

This can include a simple clean & restock of amenities , changing of bins/trash, retrieval of fresh linen from your supplier or the dry cleaners.

Deep Cleaning / Thorough cleaning between long-term tenants

Detailed Cleaning before/after or during the season & between long term tenants.

Whilst we clean thoroughly, we cannot clean everything in a changeover service. Scheduled deep cleans are a must to ensure guest satisfaction.. These are not as regular as typical changeover cleaning but include a full deep clean of your property & accommodation. Windows are cleaned professionally. In kitchens all cutlery, utensils & appliances are individually cleaned. Cupboards are emptied and wiped through to prevent mould, pest or smell issues just as an example. The same finer detail is carried out in all other areas. We can even open/close your place before & after the season.
