Light Maintenance
Light decorating such as painting/refreshing areas ready for the next season. We also offer pre/post season deep cleans where we go into fine detail for cleaning such as cleaning individual utensils and cutlery to emptying cupboards and spaces, removing dirt & dust that has built up throughout the winter.

Exterior Maintenance
Light exterior maintenance such as jet-washing, post storm cleans & garden strimming services. The rainy season on Crete brings fresh growth to weeds and grassy areas, in olive grove or in your garden. Strimming is an effective way of reducing their growth.

The dust storms on Crete can be challenging and inconvenient especially if rain falls at the same time 'mud rain', it gets everywhere! We can also clean up your outside space.
Keyholding & Absent Property Checks*
A worry for us was always leaving our property unattended for extended periods of time, not knowing it's condition after storms etc, a burst pipe or a security issue. We can offer regular or one-off perimeter/property checks, checking for obvious signs of security issues, humidity problems and pest invasion evidence. We provide clients with a video walkaround for your peace of mind all year round. You don't need to be a regular client to use this service.
